Your donation helps us deliver year-round fieldwork, youth activities, and community science in the New Forest.

Sandwich Tern in the Western Solent

  • Raising funds to purchase 3 solar powered, GPS trail cameras to place in the Tern colony to look at productivity and track colour-ringed adults returning to breed locally (placing trail cameras minimises disturbance, neegating the need to visit the colony).

  • Colour-rings to support the ongoing project with all three Tern species in the western Solent.

 

Hawfinch population studeis in the New Forest

  •  Raising funds to purchase two new trail cameras to record colour-ringed Hawfinch visiting bait stations

  • Sunflower seed bait needed for main Hawfinch study sites​

Wildlife Explorers

  • Helping fund club activities and providing survey equipment to the next generation of conservastionists

  • Supporting the two annual Wildlife Camps for 12-18 years, held in the New Forest

  • Ensuring we can continue running the club as a free of charge activity

Pine Marten

  • Supporting the purchase of trail camera batteries and other equipment

  • Replacing damaged and dated trail cameras and equipment
