 New Forest & Coast Winter Wildlife Safari

Join us for a full-day wildlife adventure exploring some of the very best the New Forest has to offer in winter.

We’ll begin the day at a Hawfinch roost, where we hope to catch sight of these striking, elusive finches as they emerge at dawn. From there, we’ll explore a variety of classic New Forest habitats — from ancient woodland to open heath — in search of seasonal highlights such as Crossbill, Redwing, and Firecrest.

After a relaxed morning in the Forest, we’ll head towards the nearby coast, where the saltmarshes and lagoons are alive with wintering wildfowl and waders. Expect to see flocks of Brent Geese,
